The Spirit West Coast festivals are the two largest and only multiple-day Christian music festivals in the Southwest United States. The festivals rank as two of the premier Christian music festivals in the country, drawing fans from many states, especially from the Western region including California, Arizona, and Nevada. The event's combined "unique visitor" attendance in 2004 was 43,700 and the combined 6-day cumulative attendance was 90,000.

Spirit West Coast - Monterey debuted in 1997 at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area, located along the Central Coast of California. Now entering its ninth year, many Christian music insiders claim the Monterey festival is the highest-quality Christian festival in the country. The newer second annual festival at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego County on Memorial Day provides Christian music fans and event goers from Southern California and other areas (Arizona, Southern Nevada) a new opportunity to experience the same dynamic combination of music and ministry that has been enjoyed by thousands in Monterey for years.

Spirit West Coast features concerts by many of the top artists in the ever-growing genre of Christian music, teaching by well-known and gifted speakers, action activities for all ages, camping, action sports and games, activities and more. Well over 50 artists appear at each festival, presenting a wide variety of music styles on anywhere from 6-8 performance stages. A dozen speakers and teachers provide ministry for all ages.

Spirit West Coast is presented by Christian Music Today! – a non-profit organization. The organization also publishes a quarterly Christian music newspaper by the same name. The Spirit West Coast festival is produced by Celebration Concerts of San Jose, California.
